Join us for an exciting performance of traditional Hawaiian performing arts by Halau Na Wai Ola. Join in the fun after the performance with an informal hula lesson for kids from 3 to 103. Event is free with Museum admission and reservations are not required.

Halau Na Wai Ola is a traditional hula school under the direction of Kau'i Isa-Kahaku. The halau has just under 200 active students and is dedicated to the perpetuation of the hula, and the Hawaiian culture. The halau participates in numerous community festivals, parades, and competitions throughout the year, and have traveled to Hawai'i, throughout the mainland and as far as Europe to share their hula. They have been awarded top honors, and consider their "Aloha Spirit" and "Olelo Hawai'i Award" for proficiency in the Hawiian language among their greatest accomlishments.
