are an eclectic evening of arts and culture in downtown San Jose's SoFA arts district, centered on South First Street. Held on the first Friday of every month, the arts venues on South First Street are all open from 7 until 11pm and offer free admission and a wide variety of live entertainment. It's a lively scene attended by arts-lovers of all ages.
FabMo will offer Museum guests a patchwork project with unusual twists! We will use patchwork techniques to create decorative leather finishes to wooden photo frames. While no measuring is involved, this project will stimulate the use of geometry as well as accurate cutting and layout skills similar to techniques used to design traditional quilt patterns. This activity can be as simple or as complex as you want. Please come and enjoy creating something new with FabMo's rescued designer materials!
